With over 35 years of legal experience, primarily as a trial lawyer, and an “AV Preeminent” rating in the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, I have a proven history of advising, mediating, and resolving disputes for individuals, businesses, and insurers. My trial experience includes over 75 cases brought to verdict, numerous appeals, and the successful resolution of thousands more through mediation. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in litigation strategies and conflict dynamics. My legal practice encompassed a broad spectrum of cases, including catastrophic bodily injury, wrongful death, construction defect claims, insurance coverage, and extra-contractual bad faith disputes involving various policy types.
